GET TO KNOW ME
I live in South Oxfordshire with my husband and two children and a gaggle of much loved family pets. I recently discovered a love for triathlon, representing the GB Age Group Team at European and World Championships.
THIS IS ME
I started my career in programme development and management working for international charities in the field of disability, child rights and children's care and protection. As I moved into more senior roles my focus shifted to strategy, business planning, operations, governance and OD. Without knowing it my love and passion for organisational change and transformation had begun.

I made a deliberate shift in 2018 to focus on change and transformation which at the time was a very new area of expertise for the not for profit sector. Harnessing my extensive knowledge of how charities work and operate together with change management theory and practice to delivery positive results. I held senior change lead roles in charities and foundations for seven years before deciding to move into consulting. Examples of change initiatives I ve delivered include:
Systems and technology- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMs, payroll, HR MIS, finance system improvements, time tracking, project management, spend management
Cultural change- DEI initiatives, organisational values, hybrid working, change maturity, employee voice
Restructures and new target operating models
